  Nicholas Timm worked with me on my NV2500 work van. It needed a transmission flush, and as it was a higher mileage vehicle, certain considerations needed to be taken as to whether to go forward with that service or not. Nicholas pro/conned the service with me before hand. Once they did the service, they test drove the vehicle to make sure all was well. I knew the concerns going in ahead of time, but I appreciated the care on Nissan's service team to make sure we weren't doing a service that we would regret.

  I have nothing good to say about Bommarito Nissan. I have not had no successful visit with them whatsoever even when I went to try to buy my car from them they tried to rip me off. I just paid them almost $215 just to say I had a bad window switch. I had to force them to basically put the window up. I knew what was wrong with my car. They still made me pay a diagnostic fee and then tried to charge me another thousand dollars just to put in a window switch. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone they do not care for their customers. They do everything they can to overcharge and not work with the customer. This was totally uncalled for😞 all I can say if your car is not under warranty, do not use them. I will try Plaza or any other type of dealership other than them are certified shop. I would not try to use them.

  My recent experience with Bommarito Nissan in Hazelwood was great. Our salesman Todd was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The whole experience, from inventory selection, price negotiation to financing, was a positive one. Additionally, Todd went above and beyond for us, working with the service department, to find a very special earring I had lost down in the console of the vehicle I was trading. I never thought it would be retrieved but to my surprise I received it back on Christmas Day. Todd at Bommarito has been a pleasure to work with and we would definitely return here in the future.

  Todd my salesman and Kyle the finance manager or the best. Everyone at this dealership was kind and welcoming but specifically these were AMAZING and fought to make my deal happen 🙌🏾🙏🏾 I knew I wanted to do a lease purchase and they did not stop working until they made that deal happen. The level of professionalism, expertise and pure kindness that was shown to me from beginning to end will forever make this dealership stand out over any other dealership I've ever dealt with. Truly great guys ❤️❤️ I'm officially apart of the Nissan Family. I AM SO HAPPY IN MY 2026 Nissan Rogue Rock Creek 🥰. Thank you Todd for being an awesome salesman and thank you Kyle for being a awesome finance manager and just two all around really good men who went above and beyond!!

  We drove 100 miles to visit a car dealership just south of St. Louis and had a horrible experience. I won’t go into details but the dealership’s “offer” was higher than their online price and they wouldn’t even come down to their online price which was a $1,500 difference on a $52,600 auto. A quick search online and we ended up at Bommarito Nissan in Hazelwood, Mo. who had 5 used Armadas which is the vehicle we were looking for. We arrive and are quickly greeted by Aaron who was very courteous and very low pressure. When I say low pressure, I felt like I was purchasing from a close family member. We test drove two of the vehicles and ended up talking numbers on the one that we liked. We sat down, he ran us through the vehicle history report, the certified pre-owned warranty and he put the internet price on paper with a document fee as well. We asked for a lower price and he came back with a number we liked (we had done research) and we purchased the car. No crazy numbers for this, that, and the other. Just tax, title, and a small document fee that he disclosed at the very beginning. The financing experience was just as smooth and low pressure as well. Purchasing a vehicle can be an intimidating experience, but not here. It was the most simple car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ll gladly drive an hour and a half for my next auto purchase. Ask for Aaron!
