    If you are in the market for a new Nissan, you have to ask for Frank at Bommarito Nissan in Hazelwood. My experience with Frank was the most seamless experience buying a vehicle ever. When I showed up to test drive the vehicle, Frank already had it detailed and pulled up front to test drive. He went over the features and let me test drive it within. 10 mins of showing up. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, I was in and out of finance within 30mins. Frank and a coworker even offered to drive it home for me so that I didn’t have to drive back later on with my wife to pick it up. The entire process was incredible. Frank and Bommarito had earned a customer for life. Thank you so much!!

    My experiences with Bommarito Nissan are always Great. I went to them without an appointment and they took care of my issue. I got a flat tire two days before and had to use my replacement tire. I tried another place and they couldn’t service me. So when I went to Bommarito, because I will never be turned down from them. Thank you for always being there for us.

    Having just previously visited a competing dealership where we waited about 10min before anyone spoke to us, later insulted with a ridiculous trade, and then presented with a marked up purchase price—I walked out angry. I had lunch, browsed online, and found a similar vehicle at Bommarito Nissan. Totally different experience! They were very professional start to finish. There was no BS, no games. That is very much appreciated, and I certainly felt valued as a customer as soon as I walked through the doors. Shout out to Shyra! She was the superstar that guided us through the entire ordeal 👍🏽

    Had a scheduled appointment at 1030 for oil change, tire rotation and a recall for back up mirror, left at 130 pm after asking what was taking so long , he said that they were waiting for the rain to stop to wash the vehicle. If they would have asked we would have said skip the wash. I thought that 3 hours was way too long for a schedule appointment, the service guy said it’s better for an earlier appointment not 1030 am . So if you have other plans I would definitely say change them because you are not going to make them , plus it would be ideal to communicate with the customer and let them know they are behind schedule. Also my tires had the correct tire pressure but afterwards the pressure was too high , why ?
