  We had the best car buying experience ever at Bommarito Nissan and working with Todd Eversgerd. For years being from Illinois we thought the dealerships in MO would be high pressure and not caring about their customers. Todd made us feel like we were old friends and definitely had our best interest as his only goal. After meeting him and Jay in the Finance Department I wouldn’t go to any other Nissan dealer anywhere. Great people to deal with.

  Bought a new vehicle from Frank, stopped by on a Saturday just to check around and see what was in inventory. I was looking at Rouge vs Rav 4 to start out with and he went over the rogue very well but it wasn't as comfortable inside as I was expecting. Frank let us know the Murano had a good sale on it which brought the price down to the rogue price point. We test drove two on Saturday but didn't make the purchase just yet. Frank went over the vehicles features and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the car we test drove. Monday I decided to go ahead and purchase a Murano, went back there about 5 pm Frank was again super helpful and showed us all the matching vehicles they had in stock. Test drove two of them again before deciding on one. Entire purchase was easy and didn't feel pressured at all. Super happy with the murano and Frank with the sale and taking the extra time to go over the features of the car even after it was closing time.

  Buying a car has always been a task and, in some instances, can bring on some unwanted anxiety especially when your daily driver suddenly starts giving you problems. But our experience with Todd Eversgerd was absolutely amazing. Todd took the time to listen to our needs, answer our questions, and give us honest feedback. He even went as far as taking us to another location to test-drive a car because he was that confident in his recommendations. I’ve spent 15+ years in a sales environment, and it’s truly refreshing to work with someone who cares and treats you like a human being.   Tom was very helpful with finding my mother the perfect car. My mother got dropped off at a different dealership that hadn’t opened and she walked and went to Bommarito Nissan Hazelwood. She wanted to stay in a certain price range for her payments and instead of him selling her his inventory, he drove her to a dealership with a car in her price range. He didn’t have to do it but he went the extra mile for a cheaper car, meaning less commission. He has gained life long customers. Todd at Bommarito Nissan on Manchester was also AMAZING The entire experience was top tier.
