I’ve been looking to trade in my Kia sorento because it has high miles. I found a Nissan pathfinder that checked off all the boxes and then some. Aaron was amazing to work with! He had the car ready for us when we arrived and made sure to take the time to show us everything and how it all works. He gave us a fair price on trade in and just over great guy! He made the process simple and easy. Then in the finance Brittney made it a fast easy process as well explaining everything and getting us in and out of there with our loan and getting us a price we were happy with on a monthly payment. The staff was friendly and overall a great experience. Highly recommend this dealership! We love our new Nissan pathfinder and will definitely be returning customers in the future.

On today 11:11 of 2025, I can say I've had the worst experience I could ever have had at a dealership in this moment alone Will forever deter me away from dealerships. So I recently got mail like 2 days ago over the weekend from Nissan saying that my CTV transmission for my Nissan Murano was faulty and my warranty was extended. This literally came in the mail 2 days ago. So me seeing this I bring my car to the dealership. Ian charged me with a diagnostic fee of $215 and the gentleman said that the money will get back to me once the warranty goes through and it should go through. He never said the warranty was expired then, and he made it clear of my transmisson was bad it would be covered and I wouldn't have to worry about getting my money back. A day goes by. I get a call this morning and him saying oh well the warranties passed due and we can't service your car, IM AT 76,000 miles and the paper says 84,000 ! One thing the paper does not show at all is when the start date or finish date was it just says 84/84000 miles.....i got this in the mail a couple of days ago......even if I'm late by the months my car hasn't exceeded the milage ...I'm not sure why Nissan sent me that in the mail and there's nothing we can do about it. I also got the same response calling again talking to a female if there was nothing they can do about it when clearly I got the mail for some reason. If it was four they would have taken care of my Ford focus but I guess Nissan's weird. Never again thank you for making me spend unnecessary money . Very shady people indeed! They made me pay for this fee knowing damn well the warranty was expired! Why the hell would I pay for a diagnostic if they already knew that but told me everything should be fine and when the trans gets warrantied out. Never again am I buying a Nissan and never again will I deal with dealerships! I will revert back to when I had a Ford focus , Ford actually fixed my transmission. Nissa will just tell you "sucks for you and you can figure the rest out." This dude gave me a 1-800 Nissan number and it's a freaking holiday lmao never again. Karma always gets you shady companies back .

I did not buy At Bommarito dealership but I do have new Nissan rogue! Get a Nissan Rogue let me tell you something I drive Gm Vehicle 20 yrs then I decided to get Nissan Rogue it was one the worst mistake on my life!! I should have stayed with GM vehicles if you like to get a Rogue back-to-back to the service get parts replace on Nissan Rogue this vehicle is for you. this is what I had replace on my vehicle Shift, amplifier, steering wheel, amplifier again, screen, camera issues, engine light twice, amplifier again, camera, now the breaks and grinding noises from December- now if you like these types of issues get brand new Nissan rogue you will hate it. I did call Nissan consumer affairs. They will not help you whatsoever. I called him over the time. My car was getting fixed cause I demanded a refund and they won’t. They won’t give you one. The only thing I can do go to every dealership that sells Nissan and write a review to warn people about the rogue.

It's a dam shame I got a 2024 Nissan kicks brand new with bumper to bumper coverage and extended coverage care package on my car. For some reason my hatchback would make a load noise when I lifted it up I went to dealership and they had the nerve to say that the hinges were bent and declined to fix it and charged me for the diagnosis over 100 bucks I told them I don't know how they got bent I didn't bend them when all said and done they should have just fixed my dam car but they refused I will never buy another Nissan again just rediculous so bumper don't mean nothing because they with loop hole it

I reached out to Bommarito Nissan because they had a low mileage 2024 Nissan Titan that I was interested in. We were able to agree on a price that made it worth flying from Cleveland to Hazelwood to pick up the truck and drive it 8 hours back home. Through the whole buying process, the salesman Aaron Covert did a great job communicating every step of the way which made this online purchase extremely easy. My flight got me into Hazelwood a little before the dealership opened so I had some time to inspect the truck on the lot by myself. The truck was in very good condition and after a test drive, we went in to complete the transaction. Knowing that I had a long drive back, Aaron and the Finance Manager, Jay, did not waste any time getting me through the process as fast as possible. I was leaving the dealership with my new truck in less than an hour and 15 minutes!!
