I truly appreciated his professionalism, effort, and respect throughout our interaction. Thank you for treating me like a valued customer. That made all the difference.

  Very pleasant, Wednesday I was greeted by Jeff Dales at the door,I explained what I was looking for, listened patiently then pulled up exactly the Honda Pilot I described. We went for an extended test drive while Jeff explained the vehicle. I returned to the dealership Friday, met with Jeff Dales and we closed the deal. All very friendly and professional. Business Manager MarcGaby was excellent as well, very good, and patient, and through in explaining details of the process. The total experience could not have been any better. Charles Cunningham.

  I’m a repeat customer of the Bommarito franchise. I bought my first Honda at Bommarito Honda in Hazelwood. I returned to the dealer 13 years later to buy another vehicle because I felt really comfortable purchasing my car from them. Although they did not have the vehicle I was looking for on their lot, I found just what I wanted at their West County location. .My salesperson, Rachel was so helpful and persistent with meeting my needs, that she met me at the West County location in Ellisville. I was super impressed with her dedication and willingness to drive over 30 minutes to assist me with my purchase! I would recommend Rachel Brown any day of the week and the Bommarito network for their commitment to serving customers!

  I purchased my Honda Accord, new, from Bommarito Honda (this location) in 2018. I’ve gotten said Accord serviced here ever since. I cannot say enough incredible things about the service techs and automotive team. Most of (maybe all of them) the service techs have been there long before I purchased my Accord, which already says something about the business. I seem to get Abby and Brian most often, however I’ve also worked with Patrick, Kevin, Justin, and others. They’re all extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite, and informative. They take the time to explain what’s going on and never have I once felt like something was pushed on me. Thank you all, very much, for the years of exceptional customer service. It’s why I have, and will continue to come back!

  Inexcusable And apathetic service. I called a week and a half ago and scheduled an appointment for a recall on my Honda truck. I was told that they had to order the parts and they could see my car this week so I scheduled a I called a week and a half ago and scheduled an appointment for a recall on my Honda truck. I was told that they had to order the parts and they could see my card this week so I scheduled an appointment for early yesterday morning. The were “busy” and my vehicle went the entire day without being touched. I Nobody bothered to call and let me know. I found out when I called. Although frustrated with the lack of communication, I am a reasonable person accepted their assurance that I would be done first thing this morning before 10 or 11. I Attempted to check on the status of my vehicle, but had great difficulty getting through not only to the operator, but also to the service desk. Absent any communication from the store, I was dropped off at 12:30 as my ride left for an appointment. Unfortunately, my car was not touched again. Two days in a row! When I objected, Jamie‘s tone was dismissive, “do what you Gotta do I guess. “ There was no apology. There was no escalation. Just a kiss off… Spread the word… That they need to do better.
