  These people sold me a pos used vehicle at an exorbitant price. The first month I had it I had to replace the batteries in the keyfobs because they dodge it to me v with dying, 3rd party batteries. They also lied to me about paying the taxes on it after assuring me it was all taken care of. Found out the hard way it was not. Just took it in for an emissions test to finally get it legal and it fail and even the mechanic couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Now I have to bring it back in to the service center where I'll probably be forced to pay another exorbitant amount just to see what is wrong with it. Also can't even get an appointment for days so I'm left without a vehicle for another week. I will never buy from this dealership again!!! You're better off taking the ride to Dave Mungenast Honda.

  BUYERS BEWARE I had the worst experience in the parts department. His name might have been Andy I’m not sure but he continuously over talked me. He would not acknowledge the name I gave him to pick up my order then proceeded to question me over and over about said part and until I bluntly asked him to stop and listen. Immediately after I was walking towards the front door to leave an African American salesman kicks the rug up in front me so I pause for him to fix it so I wouldn’t trip and fall. He looked me square in the eyes and said “you see it” I was absolutely shocked by the treatment of these men at the dealership towards a woman shopping alone … Shame on this dealership I wouldn’t buy a lemon from this place BUYERS BEWARE

  Taking our car to Bommarito Honda is the best experience. We go no where else and drive almost 30 minutes to get the best customer service, fantastic care and workmanship for our car. Thank you to Alec who took such great care of us yesterday. An added plus is the super clean waiting area and handicap accessibility that I need since my husband is in a wheel chair. To top it off they provide coffee, hot chocolate, and snacks.

  I will certainly purchase my next vehicle here, and I will certainly want Ka'Ron Adams to be my sales associate. Personable and professional, Ka'Ron was very interested in my satisfaction. He guided me through the process, and all went smoothly. I was very happy with the price for my trade-in, as well as for the price of my new Honda Odyssey. I have been driving for over 50 years, buying cars and vans along the way, and I must say this was the most positive and remarkable experience in every way. Even after all the paperwork was done and the deal was final, Ka'Ron took the time to make sure I was comfortable with many of the new features. There is a genuineness about him that is immediately recognizable, and I would refer him to anyone without reservation.

  I went into Bommarito Honda honestly dreading the whole car buying process. In the past, I’ve dealt with pushy sales tactics and dealerships that ignored what I wanted. Because of that, I got my own financing ahead of time so I’d know exactly what I could spend. From the moment I walked in, Jimmy completely changed my expectations. He greeted me, actually listened, and showed me a great option without any pressure or games. The entire process took a few hours...not all day like I’ve experienced before. And that alone was amazing because I hate waiting and wasting a whole day. Lol. What started as something I was loathing turned into a great experience. My husband and I love our new Honda CR-V, and we’re so thankful to Jimmy and the Bommarito team for making it so easy!
