  Based on the sales service interaction or lack of, I’m glad I already have things in order to finalize my new dark horse I’ll be driving 15 hours to get, though there is one sitting on the showroom floor here. Lovely color but you can’t sell to a customer sitting in the vehicle for 10 minutes getting familiar with it, if you don’t even speak. Again the color is nice but the blue ember at a dealership 15 hours drive away has a much better sales team, I guess.

  I was in the market for a smaller size SUV. I had been looking around at a few options. My husband suggested stopping by Bommarito Ford one day on our way home from work. I initially started to walk towards the Ford escape, but then the pretty show room Ford Bronco Sport caught my eye. We decided to test drive the trim options and fell in love Will the badlands version! The vehicle was on a great deal because it was a 2025 and the new 2026’s were about ready to roll out. Our salesman, Oz, was amazing. He walked us through every step of the way. He was even helpful whenever I had some accessories to pick up in the parts department. Thad, our finance guy, was also great! He explained everything very well as far as any add-ons that we chose. I even came back to speak to him about some of those items to get a better explanation. All in all, our experience with Bommarito Ford went very well.

  Not pleased at all. Came for a recall and the when we walked in the guy that was out contact didnt even look at us or address ud but after someone else spoke to us and be said what was on our paper. He did say he was bust wrapping 8 other thing he was working on and that someone else could help us. Very rude. Plus we never got a call back letting us know that the work was done and we could come pick it up like they said they would. Will not be returning for any future business.

  I had a wonderful experience at Bommarito Ford! I had Steve Nodiff in sales and he was wonderful!!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Rob Vinyard in finance also was exceptional. Both people at Bommarito Ford took the time to get back with me very quickly on text messages when I had questions my daughter couldn’t decide on a white bronco or a black bronco and Steve made sure we had them side-by-side to compare which one she would like best. He had that preplanned before I got there so that when I arrived, I could have that side-by-side comparison. I thought that was really nice of him. We will be back to buy another bronco when she turns 18 so we’ll see you in a couple years!!!

  I drop my car off on January 7 so they could begin work on it the eighth. I was told by the service department several times they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and they were going to let me pick it up, fortunately, I received a phone call that morning, telling me that they had been able to get answers for me. The technician told me that they had been able to finally re-create the noise I brought it in for. When everything was said and done, the part I needed was not available countrywide and that would probably be mid February before I could get it back. I finally spoke to the service manager and got a loaner car after I’ve been without almost 3 weeks. It was a big repair involving the engine, the transmission and the starter. On a brand new car.! I got the car back a little early wasn’t quite mid February. While it is not the service people‘s fault that they could not get the part, I feel that Ford itself should look into this because the wait time is unacceptable especially on BRAND NEW CAR.! I also feel that An owners manual should be made available to me in hardcopy that I should not have to download it from my computer and pay $49 for it….. I doubt that I will ever buy another Ford product.
