  We had a great experience buying our car and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. Steve Nodiff, the salesman, was especially helpful—knowledgeable, approachable, and committed to making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The buying process was smooth and stress-free. Thad Lewis, the finance manager, made the paperwork and financing process easy to understand and completely transparent. He took the time to explain all the options clearly and made sure we were comfortable with every decision. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve had. The entire team went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. We would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and a professional, friendly experience, and we would definitely return for future purchases.

  I have had the privilege to meet Vicky from Bomarito Ford at Dunn Road in Hazelwood a few years ago when my partner looked for a car for our little family. Vicky was right on task working on our hopes and dreams for days. She was available for us at any time we needed her. The finance department has worked with us and the whole experience showed me that there is such a thing as a prize winning customer service in America. We were able not only to buy a good, safe and well priced vehicle, but also we were treated like someone who matters. Our voices have been heard, our opinions mattered. Vicky and her team has taken care of us so well, that I was comfortable to send my best friend who is a single hard working mother to her and I knew she will be taken care of. Bomarito Ford will have you riding in style but also feel good about your decision to purchase a vehicle. They care for their customers and the cars they sell are a top notch. I my self will be purchasing a new car soon and guess where Ill be coming to pick one...

  Would highly recommend Mark and Rob as salespeople. I saw the car I wanted online and spoke with Mark briefly. He set up our first visit with professionalism, with exactly the right amount of follow up. When I came to the floor, he was pleasant and answered my questions well without wasting time with chatter or pitch. We made a deal with my trade that was 30% better than other local dealerships. The asking price for the car I wanted was reasonable to begin with, and didn’t include “extras” as an “assumed close,” like I’ve seen elsewhere, which I appreciated. Rob handled the closing paperwork quickly and with professionalism. In and out under 2 hours total time between 2 visits, trade done, financing arranged, and car in hand.

  This was my first new car purchase and Bommarito ford exceeded my expectations. Steve went above and beyond for me. I was in-between several options and he helped me to compare them on paper and also physically drive and look at each one. He helped me figure out a financing plan that worked for me. He even stayed late to make sure that I got the car that I wanted and came in early the next morning to get it ready for me. Buying a new car is stressful, but he made the process so fun and stress-free. This location has an awesome team and I look forward to working with them again!

Words can not begin to describe my appreciation, gratitude, and happiness I feel this very moment. Kevin Hall is the reason for the smile on my face and the joy in my heart.
