    These last two visits I had have been very disappointing. I will not go on to details on the second last appointment because they resolved it after - even though it caused me inconvenience. But, it is similar to the recent appointment I had. Now this is not about the service they provided. They did great. It was mostly the lack of communication. I came back after my appointment, the same issue as last time. Of course they were willing to resolve the issue immediately. I tried to be understanding and waited for two hours since there are other customers. However, after two hours of waiting and finally asked them about the update, I was told that it was resolved in less than 10 minutes or less when I came back to the shop. Nobody checked with me at the back, waiting, nor received a text that it was good to go. I have skipped some minor details because I didn’t want this review to be super long and just want to focus on the main issue which caused me inconvenience.

    We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Ford Bronco at Bommarito Ford in Hazelwood, MO!! Our salesman, Steve, and all other employees that helped us in any way while we were there were all knowledgeable and helpful! We were treated fairly on both our trade in and on the purchase of our new vehicle! The environment of the dealership is also very comfortable/welcoming and offers many “creature comforts” while waiting on various parts of the purchasing process! We highly recommend this dealership!!

    I purchased a vehicle back in August and I can say the folks I encountered were nice but when it comes down to being honest I'm not so sure but fast forward got a nail stuck in tire thought it could be repaired so I had an appt to fix 11/8/25 but was told it couldn't be repaired had to buy a new tire now I wasn't prepared for that didn't have the money rescheduled for 11/10/25 the guy Sam told me it would cost $210 so when I come back 11/10/25 my appt time I sit and wait just for Bill to tell me no tire available, time wasted I'm upset now, told they will order the tire and give me a call when it's in and I will be discounted on the tire and free gas bcuz of the inconvenience (I don't live close) so 11/11/25 get the call tire is there I get there told they would get right on it by Sam waited over 2hrs (crazy), I verified discount told by Bill they will take 40% off tire with Sam standing there so I was pleased until I got the bill after asking multiple times how much it would be so that I have enough but just kept getting told by Sam he working on it so now vehicle ready and boom the $210 I was quoted turned into $262 which I didn't have so I had to borrow it I asked what happened to what I was quoted but no real explanation had to get back to work no time to go back and forth get to my car and the least they could have done was gave me a matching tire really upset at this point so I called they said I needed to speak with service manager but not available left voicemail called back got same thing but this time they will give manager the message I stated I need call back asap well still waiting. I have not been successful not one time calling and they never call back when I need help or have a question. Communication for me has been non existent unless I drive all the way there. I want to refinance in a few months and it looks like I will not go back there the way I keep getting treated. I did get a free half tank of gas though and a snack. So much more I can say but this long enough. UPDATE: I had to call again and explained my story for the 5th time but I got Clay in service who really listened and helped me the best he could. All in all he was able to send me a $100 check and talked me into to keeping the mismatched tire but he is a good guy.

    I went to Bommarito to get a 2023 Bronco. I saw the vehicle I came in for and it was not the right color. I had a specific feature I had to have-a sunroof. The remaining used cars did not have that feature. Without any pressure I was shown a couple of new Broncos with sunroofs. I fell in love 🥰 with the model I selected. The part I usually hate is the haggling with a pushy sales guy, not in this experience. I worked with a new car salesman named Oz. He is young but had exceptional customer service. He was so patient and we didn’t haggle. The purchase process was very smooth and I left a happy customer. Thanks Ozzie and Bommarito Ford for great car buying experience!

    My husband has been looking for months because we knew our 2012 Ford Explorer, despite our best care, was not going to last. We bought it used, and usually buy our vehicles used, so I was shocked when he decided he wanted to buy new. He went to several dealerships and test drove several models, but they were all black with little other color inventory and just did not hit all the boxes. He found one online and saw Bommarito had the best inventory, so we drove up later on a Saturday to just look. Suffice it to say we did not just look. He was excited about the vehicle, but the deal that Mark, Bob, and Thad were able to put together....perfection. They stayed so late on a Saturday to get all the paperwork done, so we drove out of the lot with our new car. It was not what we expected, but it was a wonderful surprise. Hilarious and talented, you will be in fantastic hands if you need a vehicle. Shout out to the body shop also for staying late to treat the car. This is a wonderful team. We are so pleased with the purchase, and the process! Go get your car here!
