  My service rep was Isaiah Reyland. He was very helpful and very professional and kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle every step of the way. I expected my vehicle to be in for at least two days ( onside ring all the work I was having done). My vehicle was ready early morning the next day. I was very impressed with the quality of service. I love the ability to be able to text back n forth with my rep with any questions (vs being on hold on the phone). Great system! Keep up the good work!

  Chris was kinda rude, came in for my 20k when I got there he interrupted me when I was trying to ask a question I was kind of in a rush so I just assumed it would be fine, I dropped my car off with low coolant and was trying to see if the 20k service came with a fluid change. Didn’t get my answer cause like I said he interrupted me. And then he left before my vehicle was done leaving it to somebody else to check me out. Which wasn’t itself an issue. Whatever technician who worked on my car filled my windshield wiper up and it’s like they purposely avoided filling up my coolant. When I got there he was gone she had no clue about anything that was going on and all of the technicians were gone for the day, very upset with how my services were handled here..

  Every experience at Bommarito VW Hazelwood that I've had has been great! From the sales experience (Miguel was the most knowledgeable salesperson I encountered during our car search), financing (Gary), & now the service when I bring my vehicle in for maintenance. I highly recommend this dealership! Recently, my vehicle had a CEL on intermittently and it also needed routine maintenance. My concerns were met with care by Carly. She is so friendly, upbeat, professional, and has excellent customer service. She had my vehicle finished so quickly, her communication was thorough and I still feel like a valued customer even though I purchased my vehicle over a year ago. Thank you Carly! You are the best!!

  I did not start out with high hopes but bommarito volkswagen changed my mind. Giving both the good and bad the experience started off bad because the google number listed doesn’t work. I went with them because of a lot of high reviews. I had to drive 25 minutes over just to be told I needed to call a number and get an appointment. And the guy at the time didn’t seem to know what he was talking about and brushed off a concern. I call and from what I’m told the scheduling is a remote location. They were a bit better. Ok original appointment I had to reschedule because they had no loaner vehicles. I call before the next appointment to see about loaner vehicles and finally good information is passed along that I could get a rental if no loaners were available, at no cost because it was warranty work being done. I go in and this is where the experience got way better. I think the position is service advisor. Either way my point of contact was Carly. She came over to my car with a note pad and actually wrote down all my concerns which was nice. It actually made me feel like I was going to be taken seriously and she was understanding plus gave me good information on how the warranty worked etc. she was pleasant. To make a long story barely shorter once I got the invoice and read the notes I could tell they actually went thru all concerns no matter how small and the main issue was corrected properly. Also my car came back without a bunch of dirt or greasy hand marks on the wheel or panels like it sometimes has at other shops. The seats weren’t moved around. Everything was the same. They have a good text service where you can text the service advisor any more concerns. People like Carly are the first faces the customer sees and it makes a difference when they’re actually pleasant and competent, especially going in with low expectations.

  Craig was awesome ! He was very tentative through this process ! To walk in after bankruptcy and walk away finally after years of disappointment with a vehicle I actually like? Well … in a few days bc they need to run it through the final specs … but don’t worry when the car I was buying wasn’t ready they were able to keep me mobile by giving me a loaner. Kumar is amazing as well . When I say I have never seen anyone work harder to get me in a vehicle I mean that! I walked in at 6:30pm on a Friday with really no banks willing to work with me . He said don’t worry I’ll call them first thing tomorrow and I will touch base with you first thing . HE ACTUALLY CALLED AT 8-8:30am that very next day like he said he would . And had a vehicle I could get financed TODAY .Best part - $0 down ! Where other car dealerships made me feel like I had to find the car the bank would approve , these guys found the cars that were possible options , allowed me to choose even the harder work for a deal . :) I will tell everyone to come here ! Even the most hopeless! When in doubt I bet Craig and kumar can help :)
