- RWRon WilleyJun 20, 20251.0Booked out SUV 3 weeks ahead of my need confirmed through the enterprise the day before through the email and even called the local Harrisonville location the day before to confirm that the vehicle was going to available. Was told everything was taken care of and the vehicle would be ready. I then received a call the morning I was supposed to pick up the vehicle and was told there were no vehicles available. Also after informing the local rep and Enterprise that i had to have a vehicle due to the trip that i was taking that day they said they would put me on a urgent list and someone would contact me shortly no one ever did and it was put on me to call every other location in search of a car.
