  Technicians need to listen to the customer about the services they want to receive. I stated upon arrival that I wanted an oil change and new air filter only, and then the technician immediately came to open my passenger side door and began taking the dash apart to check my cabin filter. He didn’t ask to enter my vehicle or if I was okay with that. When I said no, I’m not interested, he told me “it will just take a minute” and continued anyway. Not only is it incredibly unacceptable for technicians to do unwanted services on a vehicle when the owner is saying no or that they’re uninterested, but it’s also not okay for a strange man to enter my vehicle when I’m saying no. It made me feel incredibly unsafe and worried that there was a stranger in my vehicle without my consent AND doing work on my vehicle that I’m openly saying no to. I’ve had wonderful service here before and this has NEVER been part of the service I received. I’ve had many oil changes here and they’ve never needed to get in my vehicle and certainly not without asking/explaining what they’re doing. I’m not sure I’ll be back.
