  I rent from Enterprise all the time and very happy with how they always get me in and out and have everything ready to go Dalya Moore was very professional and very quick to get me in and out she was very sweet

  Very poor customer service and I feel like I'm a victim of a shakedown. I was involved in an accident and the other driver's insurance agreed to cover my vehicle 100%, including a rental while my car was in the shop. I was told to let Enterprise know when I was dropping my car off for repairs and they would come to the body shop with a rental vehicle for me to drive home. I did so, but was told that the ONLY vehicle they had available was a minivan, which would cost me an extra $20 per day more than the insurance company would pay. I was given no other options. It was either accept that vehicle or just find my own way home from the body shop. I tried contacting Enterprise multiple times to see if I could exchange the van for a smaller vehicle and the most response I received was a text back that said, and I QUOTE, "are u able to stop by tomorrow?" I replied "Yes," but did not receive any further response. Very unprofessional. Eventually, I did get through to them and they agreed to let me exchange the van for a smaller vehicle. However, somewhat conveniently for them, this time, the "only" vehicle they had was a full sized sedan, which would STILL cost me extra, but only $5 per day instead of the $20 I was paying for the van. Finally, when my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I called Enterprise back to arrange a time for them to meet me at the body shop when I picked up my car. I was put on hold for 40 minutes. Side note: the hold "music" was a 30-second verbal advertisement for Enterprise. So I listened to an Enterprise commercial approximately 80 times today. Anyway, when the call was finally answered and I explained my situation, I was told that I could just leave the car at the body shop and I didn't need someone from Enterprise there at all. Naturally, after sitting on hold for 40 MINUTES, I was a little upset. In response, the woman on the phone let me know that I was being rude and there was no reason for me to be upset. I'll never be back to this location of Enterprise and honestly, if this is the type of customer service I can expect from them, I'll be avoiding Enterprise altogether in the future.

  Very quick and friendly service on pickup and drop-off. Truck was clean and full of fuel.
