- LBLindey BrooksNov 4, 20255.0I bought 2 taquitos from the cheese section of the roller rack. When I bit into them on my drive back to work, I realized they were steak, not cheese taquitos. I called to let them know they had steak taquitos on their rack where cheese taquitos were, incase anyone else wanted cheese taquitos and ended up with steak. He asked if I could head back. I told him I could head back a couple hours later and he told me to ask for Chris. When I got there, he offered me fresh cheese taquitos, as many I'd like for my trouble. He said he checked and that I was right; the first few rows in cheese section were, in fact, steak. He apologized and suggested I just bite into them before I leave to check. I explained I was a little displeased when I bought the first ones cause I am a vegetarian. I meant it just as a note to be careful for next, but he went off and came back with 2 coupons for free drinks and apologized again. Customer service here is above and beyond! Any other gas station would have not done a thing about it. This is why I try to only go to QT; they know how to train their staff for customer service. Chris, you deserve a raise!

After buying food (which was well over expectation on the rollers) and filling up with gas I used their dumpster to throw away a few items and they told me not to use the trash dumpster as it’s for company use only. Thought as a customer I could use their trash instead of littering. Sorry for using your trash I Will be using gas station across street for now on for my daily purchases much friendlier service
