  Gerber Collision, you are top tier in you Customer Service and Repair Service. I had to have my car towed after an accident on 12/22. I love the fact they update you every step of the way through text messaging. The Customer Service is above anything that I've ever seen, especially Melody (Front Desk) and Hayden (Towing Services). Everyone was very courteous, kind and respectful. My car was there for about a week and it looks like I just drove it off the showroom lot. I am very pleased with the work and if ever needed, I will always choose Gerber Collision.

  Nothing but good things to say about Gerber. The person who evaluated my car, Mickey, was super informative, friendly, and kept me updated. They estimated that my car would take about 14-16 days, and it was finished in 10 and look as beautiful as ever!! I would recommend Gerber to anybody and I would come back!

  I am happy to update this review with more positive feedback. Within a day after my previous review Cory had contacted me. We had a great discussion about my concerns and issues. He offered to look over 2 of the 3 issues. I chose to look into the antifreeze smell first and with success seemingly fixed it. Corey took care of the inner fender well and the headlight. He also went above and beyond and cleaned and vacuumed the Jeep for my wife. Needless to say, she is very happy about that. This did take some time to get it all accomplished but it was no fault of Gerber. I am leaving my original comment only to add context to this one. We feel Corey and his team made this right. Thank you for taking care of this. "Be aware this place has changed ownership and will not honor any of the previous work done there. The new managers were very unhelpful refused to accept any accountability for the business they had purchased. They pawned off the responsibility to the insurance company. We had our Jeep repaired there several times. The headlight keeps having a piece break off inside it, they neglected replace the inner fender well, which exposes the passenger side of the engine to road debris and we have reported the smell of antifreeze after we had it repaired from the side of they vehicle they repaired and they did nothing. We will not be going back to this place to have anything fixed. And we do not recommend them. This is a lack of professionalism. It shows what happens to local companies when bigger out of state ones buy them up."
