They were supposed to be getting paid from an automobile accident insurance company. The woman lied to me at enterprise and told me she was unable to get a hold of the insurance company. When I called the insurance company, there was an email thread of communication between enterprise and the insurance company. The very woman that called me and told me that she couldn’t get a hold of them. I told told enterprise that Car needs to be taken off file and I will put a different card on file. The woman told me I cannot do that. I told her not to charge the card that the card is locked.. Unbeknownst to me there was a $1900 charge from enterprise on my card. Horrible
