My 1997 Ford Econoline E150 was stolen a few days ago and I have had no luck so far trying to locate it! I began to call local private tow services. Danny's was first on my list! I just wanted to say whoever just answered my call (7:00pm) should be promoted, given a raise, rewarded somehow for the stellar customer service I received. I did not use the services in any way I was just calling around looking for my van and this lovely person on the other end was super helpful and friendly annually went the extra mile to dig deeper to try to help me! So, thank you! It's recognized and appreciated!!

Have a 2021 Hybrid Chrysler Pacifica that decided to pop with the “service charging system” error which did not allow me to do anything and I had no tools to access the battery. Called and was originally told a 20-30 minute wait. Few minutes later received a call and was told the driver was 5 minutes way. Did catch his name, aside from caller ID, but Chad Ruby worked his magic. Unable to get the van into neutral, he was able to still get it into the truck. My son watched in amazement. Did a fantastic job getting the vehicle off the truck by working some trick moves without and issues. Overall outstanding job and nice guy. Wish him the best of luck assisting others throughout the KC metro area.
