- BPBlake PetersonFeb 21, 20261.0The front desk does great, good communication, very nice everytime I’ve been in. I had my transmission rebuilt, told them I’m still noticing issues with the way my truck drives, they kept claiming the transmission was fine, everything checks out. At one point they said my transfer case needs replaced, then my next visit they told me my transfer case was fine. I was always nothing but patient with them. 6th times the charm, I went in and they said I needed a new torque converter… not long after it was all replaced the first time. They don’t seem to dig into the problems and properly diagnose your truck, still have some shuttering and drivetrain slack somewhere even after the replacement and multiple times going in for a diagnosis. As many times as I’ve been in, you’d think we would be able to fix those issues. They cost a lot and I was told it was worth it, so I was never above paying them to fix these problems, wish I had a better experience. Even with the warranty, I’d rather pay someone else to fix it right.
- DODebbie OwensFeb 10, 20265.0I called on a Tuesday evening and told them the problem I was having I asked them when they could get me in the lady that answer the phone very very nice she said could you bring it tomorrow so I took it in Wednesday they checked it out called me had it fixed by Thursday it's very pleased with the service if I ever need them again I will most definitely use them please give them try if you have any issues

I went to two other transmission shops and they wanted to replace the whole transmission and you confirmed it was the torque converter and saved me a lot of money. One of the girls even stayed late for me to come get my keys
