  Kip who works in the parts department is super helpful and quick to meet your needs. The service center however is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend to anyone to ever go there. Went there to get an awning mounted. Then the tried to upsell me all the service a camper can have to include a roof. I had them do the axle bearing, was a good price but took 8 DAYS to get an hour job completed which the sold as an additional service. One would think additional services or products would be a priority, nope, they didn’t even have it scheduled when I showed up five days after they sold me the service. Terrible customer service, then they have to schedule your pick up that is most convenient to them. Never going back and I would not recommend anyone does either to have work done!

  Junior was SUPER friendly and helpful, but he did seem to want to push me to the highest end of my budget, when I was hoping to find more toward the middle. I understand sales, and maybe there just wasn't anything in that range he thought would meet my needs. To be fair, he CLEARLY put thought into what he was showing me. I have some pretty specific power needs to be met, so it probably wasn't easy for him. I still plan to work with him, just hoping to find something a little less pricey if possible.

  Just recently purchased my first rv and of course I read the reviews on camping world , and they were kind of mixed . I’m glad I went and figured it out on my own. These Guys were awesome! they didn’t put any pressure on me they guided us through what we were looking for and found us one we really liked . Junior was our sales guy and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I even found something that was wrong with the rv as soon as I got it home . They were immediate on getting it fixed . I will definitely be going back when I get my next RV . 🇺🇸

  We purchased a bad rv from Kansas City location ! Andy made it right a few phone calls to him made my nightmare disappear! Andy answered my calls and all my questions he set us up with Devi and the whole process was done in 5 hrs ! This is our first time owing an rv so mistakes were made ! We was treated with the upmost respect at the Grain Valley location . I would highly recommend this location for all your camping needs, this location has a limited amount of retail items, however they can get everything you need . .

  Dave Sherman helped me out in an emergency situation. I had to get rid of my camper as soon as possible. I contacted SEVERAL dealers including my selling dealer for an appraisal for my camper. This was the only company that reached back out to me quickly with a very fair estimate. He even picked the camper up from my house. Very friendly and accommodating for my situation. I highly recommend Dave and his team if you need to sell your rig. Thank you Dave!
