Avoid this Enterprise location at all cost. The only reason I went here, is the insurance company I was working with required it. I have had nothing but bad experiences at this location over the years, and unfortunately nothing has changed. They never have the right car that you are guaranteed by the insurance company. The wait time is always horrible, and the staff is rude. It's really no surprise, especially once you encounter their manager, John. The bright spot of this rental experience was Jaden, luckily for him, he was promoted to another location and got out himself. There are so many great Enterprise locations in the city, Platte Woods, North Kansas City, Liberty - do yourself a favor and hit one of those locations versus dealing with John and his incompetent staff at North Oak.

Insurance setup a rental first thing this morning. Never heard from anyone at this location.. Late this afternoon we showed up to pick it up and then drop off our vehicle that was scheduled to go into the body shop tomorrow and they dont have anything available. Need to work on your communication skills and call custo.ers right away. Had they called and informed us that they didnt have anything available earlier in the day I could have had the insurance company try a different location.

We've used this agency and location at least 2x (or more) per year for various business trips over the past decade. Although we encounter friendly agents, it has become increasingly consistent to show up to our appt time and discover there is no car available and that we have to wait, causing us to be delayed in our itinerary or miss a work related opportunity because of the delay. Rarely are we offered compensation such as an upgrade or coupon for the terrible inconvenience. While it may not be due to a local management issue and just may be corporate (or vice versa), it has been consistent enough that we are looking to other agencies. Very disappointing. This location has "gone down hill" somewhat with service, but I want to be clear that the agents are super friendly. I feel their hands may be tied? Also, and to be fair, sometimes there are extenuating circumstances (hail storms, etc). Still, overall, this location keeps falling a bit short.
Had to swap a defective Hyundai on day 2 of a 5 day KCMO stay. I went to this location because it was closest. The store had just been overrun with returning customers, walk-ins, etc. Alec was the only one running the front, with a helper taking people to their rentals. He calmly addressed each new person, told them it would be a moment, then cranked out reservations as quickly as possible with a quiet calm that set the tone for the waiting room. Kudos to Alec B, Assistant Manager, for staying calm and getting his customers taken care of. I ended up waiting about 20-25 minutes so you know they were busy.
