This is beyond your normal customer service, and should be addressed immediately. I'm just trying to make a walking taco. I'm not at McDonalds with a coffee, I know it's hot, but it sprayed all over my hand and wrist. Regular cleaning would do some good.
- JMJake McLinOct 3, 20251.0Was in today (10/3 3:50pm) and after waiting in a long line because there weren’t cashiers up front I sat my beer down and the guy asks me if it’s alcohol, then tells me he can’t ring it up. I ask him to get someone, he laughs and waves other customers over to me and smirks while not even dignifying that I was there. I had to get back in line, because QT doesn’t train people on service, they just set up the easiest, laziest automatic process and it gets to their employee’s heads. I don’t need a cocky swagger because you hit a few buttons and aren’t expected to give receipts or bags so they act like a hotshot bartender. On top of that, the beer cooler is filthy and full of black mold. The Martin city ipa cans have black mold on them often along with many other cans and bottles. The health department needs to inspect this place closer and they need to hire service and customer centric employees instead of arrogant kids.

Twice this week I visited and found less than half the staff wearing a face mask. The other day there were workers in the kitchen with no mask on. If management at this location doesn't take it seriously perhaps they shouldn't be in that position.
