    I had an issue with my rental and ended up speaking with John Lopez, the Area Manager at Enterprise. He took full ownership of the situation and was really easy to talk to. He actually listened and handled everything quickly. John made things right without any hassle, and I really appreciated how he handled it. Definitely 5-star customer service.

    I made a confirmed reservation with this location, only for them to call me the morning of my pickup to say they had no cars available. How does a rental company not know this before the day of? It defeats the entire purpose of making a reservation. Their last-minute scramble left me with zero options and a disrupted schedule, and they offered nothing to help fix the problem. No alternative car, no assistance, no compensation, nothing. Just a “sorry” and good luck figuring it out on your own. The staff member I spoke with was very apologetic, but still offered zero alternatives aside from checking out other rental companies. If you value reliability, don’t waste your time here. A confirmed reservation should actually mean something, and clearly it doesn’t with this company. I’ll be renting elsewhere from now on.
