I wish that they wouldn’t have put a Genesis down as a luxury car because to me, luxury means comfortable. This was the roughest riding car for an older couple to drive from MO to TN and back to MO!! If you want comfort, don’t ever get the Genesis!!

One of the cars I was in had a small issue, and when I mentioned it, they had me come in and took great care of me getting me switched to a better vehicle. Would recommend Montana and this facility to everyone.

I was goingvthrough insurance and picked up a car that was horrible, transmission was so loud and I basically had to push the brakes so hard to get the car to stop. I called asked for different car and was given the same type of car. Again was so loud and brakes were also a problem I returned the car again. The only highlight I will give is Montana she not only refunded the fee but also comped the gas that I forgot about. Keep her, she was great but everything else not so much. So I had to come back to enterprise to try again. I wasn't what was going to happen. I called Montana and she didn't even question anything but explained to her and she was matter of fact and told me she could get me right in. Everything including different car was so much better than the first-time I was there.i am super happy that I gave them a second chance. Thank you Montana!
