- KCKamilah CunninghamDec 31, 20221.0Had to select a star, but truly this place deserved no stars. Made a prepaid reservation day before reserved time. Once at facility was informed they did not have "debit-friendly" rental cars.

Be aware that you must have proof of address on a bill, etc if you plan to use a debit card and to their credit they do a good job of letting you know that ahead of time. Staff has been friendly and personal.They do not pressure you to buy their insurance as I have experienced at other car rental companies such as Enterprise. I do plan to use Budget again in the future.
- GRGS RJul 23, 20191.0Reserved a month in advance only to be told the evening before departure that the vehicle will NOT BE READY. Offered me the only next-size up, which would have been a 15-person passenger van... for 5 people!!! HELL NO do NOT use this company!!!!
