  After I got an oil change, I left and down the road my oil light came back on. After stopping and popping the hood to check the oil level, I found that there was a clamp missing from my coolant tank to the radiator and the hose was disconnected. I happened to pop open the coolant tank to find that they had put OIL IN MY COOLANT TANK. It appears that it was probably noticed by the employee and they pulled off the hose so it didn't go into my radiator, and there was several inches of oil sitting on top of the coolant on the tank. No one even told me they messed this up, they just expected I would find it I guess and it resulted in pulling the coolant tank off, cleaning it thoroughly, then putting it back on and filling it with coolant, after buying a new hose clamp as well. Just, completely absurd behavior and if I didn't know any better it's entirely possible I would have had a wholly damaged car.

  Excellent service and quick turn around. James, Troyvann and Jeremiah were an efficient team. James explained what was was causing a problem and fixed it so quickly. I appreciate how took care of everything and will continue to use this location

  The gentleman that changed my oil pulled a splash guard from under my car and didn’t fix it. I found the crew to be lackluster and as if they didn’t really care or want to be there. I will never go to that Valvoline again.
