Their prices used to be economical but they have gotten ridiculous now in their pricing which is why they are getting this rating today. They have begun to try and nickel and dime customers for everything thing. When you go in and a oil change and they inform you about changing the filters in your car to improve the quality of the oil and performance, the overpriced you on them. So I brought my own in this time. They changed the oil filter and the engine filter no problem, but the box came with a cabin air filter as well. They told me they could install it but would charge $59.99 for installation. When I asked how long it would take them to install it, they said five minutes. I asked were does it go, right under the glove box. So I said you're going g to charge me $60 for five minutes with of work, you've got to be kidding me. That's what corporate said we have to charge. I really outdone with Valvoline.
