- HTHeather TaylorMar 31, 20261.0I took my car to them for an oil change. The next day my car began leaking coolant. Of course I can’t prove it but I don’t feel it’s a coincidence. I took it back to them and to fix the leak was $1500. I took it on a Tuesday and the following Tuesday they tell me my car hasn’t been touched due to only having 2 mechanics capable of the job. I told them I’m extremely dissatisfied that I wasn’t informed before I agreed to pay and that the job may take 10+ days! 7 days is way too long for my vehicle to be sitting at a shop untouched when I have to work and I’ve been making arrangements for transportation. I was told there was a chance my car could be fixed by the end of the week but no guarantees because it may be next week. I ultimately went and got my car and got my money back and they don’t ever have to worry about seeing my face again. The ONLY good thing about this place is Nikki at the front desk because she’s very kind!
