  Alex was very professional as he assisted me in transitioning from my vehicle, that was being repaired, to their vehicle. They picked me up at the repair location and once at their office quickly completed the final paperwork and I was on my way.

  The staff was excellent. They weren’t efficient They were kind and friendly They took care of my knees in a quick orderly fashion I wish everybody performed customer service the way they do

  The more seasoned employee was extremely rude and extra and could use some lessons in customer service. The newer employee did his best in explaining the policy to me.
