They didn’t have my filter in stock and to come back on a later date. I won’t go back even though it’s only a mile from my house. Oh yeah and they gave me someone else’s receipt for the same type of car with a totally different year and we didn’t have the same name or address. 😔

One tech was so rude to me, I don't even know what to say. He berated me like I was a child, and I guarantee it was only because I'm a woman as I highly doubt he'd speak to a man his size like that. As he was asking me questions I explained to him I couldn't hear him because the bay was loud, and he kept asking me if they had done each part of the service. I told him I wasn't sure because I can't see what they do from all sides. Overall terrible experience and I will not be back if I see that man working next time. Only giving 2 stars because there was a young man that WAS kind who made me not hate that place, so kudos to him.

When I contacted the store, both the manager and area manager admitted the cover had been left off and agreed to replace it—but they refused to reimburse me for the repair costs their mistake caused. I asked for their insurance carrier so I could file a proper claim, and they refused to provide that information. I’ve filed complaints with Valvoline Corporate, the Missouri Attorney General, and the Department of Insurance, since this location won’t take accountability for a clear case of negligence. If you value your car, double-check their work before leaving. Documentation and photos matter, because when something goes wrong, this location will make you fight for every dollar.
