It’s also advertised on the building and website. Once I arrived, the staff (Norey and Zech) quickly looked under the hood, told me it was my compressor, and then said they don’t even provide A/C check services. This feels like false advertising and employees unwilling to work close to closing time. Customer care only tried to justify it instead of owning the issue. Very unprofessional—I’ll be reporting this to the BBB.
