I just came in for an oil change after my night shift thinking it woukd be quick so i could go get some sleep and they didnt re attach my skid plate properly. I WAS THE VERY FIRST CUSTOMER OF THE DAY! I leave and hear scraping all the way down the road. I pull over to take a look and they got the screws in the plate, but not attached to anything. I come back and i have to wait an hour in line for them to fix it. Not only i got to deal with their nonchalant attitudes, they tell me they cant accommodate me with any kind of compensation, discount, or nothing for my time. The only way they said they would have done anything is if my plate got damaged. I WAS THE FIRST CUSTOMER OF THE DAY! Im very upset and by the attitude of the worker I talked to, he pretty much implied I wasnt the first and Iwont be the last. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I have absolutely no faith that this location will treat your vehicle, or your time with care, and judging by other reviews, i should have known.

The employee, Russ, refused service almost immediately, claiming the hood was “slightly bent.” We opened it ourselves with no issue, yet he still declined to do the job and instead recommended another shop across town—simply because he didn’t want to take the time. He stated it could take up to 30 minutes, which is entirely reasonable for an oil change and not a valid reason to turn away a customer. When I asked who was in charge, Russ claimed he “ran the place,” which was clearly not true. I then asked for the store number, and he responded with, “Why does it matter?” He never asked the year, make, or any details of the vehicle—just refused to work on it from the start. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this Jiffy Lube location based on this experience.
