  Store manager Sandra has the most entitled nasty attitude ! I had to listen to her argue with another store about what she wasnt responsible for. She never assisted me a young man assisted with my purchase while I then had to witness her moving slow and holding conversations with other employees checking people out . She never acknowledged me and kept telling me to wait . After 8 minutes standing outside still waiting for her to finish her conversation I returned my item for a refund I refuse to spend my hard earned money in a place where I was overlooked multiple times. I do hope others who experience her nasty attitude choose refunds and go elsewhere . Also that edge wrap as management was very unprofessional . I see her working overnights at white castle soon.

  I went in to get an oil filter because a different AutoZone had given me the wrong one for my vehicle. My mechanic and I were standing in the store and one of the cashiers brought us up to a counter. She asked for the year, make and model. I told her and she stepped over to another counter and started putting the information in. She turned around and said she couldn't hear me so I said it louder. She stared at me for a second ( in a very weird way) and then asked me to step over saying that she was hard of hearing and she still couldn't hear what I said. I'm giving a low review because nobody would know that she's hard of hearing and with telling me she said it was such attitude and disgust as if I was being rude to her because she was hard of hearing. I had no problem with speaking up but even when I did she seemed to have an attitude that I was speaking louder. The customer service experience with her was difficult and not because of her lack of hearing because of her attitude. I would not recommend anyone going to her register and honestly to this location with the way she stared us. Not to mention they did not provide the right filter. I had to go to advance Auto parts to get the right filter.

  Ms Lisa was working at around 11:30 when I entered the store. I walked in the door I said good afternoon she just looked at me and rolled her eyes and ignored me. I got in line behind the customers that were already waiting. She just so happened to be the next associate to call me over when I was next. I said hi my check engine light is on. She rolled her eyes and said well, we're short-handed and have a long line. I said okay she rolled her eyes again went and grabbed the machine. After we we're done she printed me the sheet I said okay thank you have a good day she didn't say anything.
