  My experience was wonderful. Not my first time going but my second Chad and Stu were very polite and respectful and I really appreciated their service(s) they are straight up with you and don't try to sell you anything to make a profit. I have experienced that in the past and it is so refreshing to have a company like Dobbs and their employees. Any future work that isn't be needed on my vehicle I will be returning to Dobbs.

  I will never go to Dobbs ever again on Dunn Rd, we went in for an engine check light, because it was time for plate renewal. The car wasn’t making any noise, I promise y’all, by the time they got done with us we spent $5k and the car still wasn’t right it was living hell dealing with them, I could’ve bought me another car for the amount of money we spent. And check this out, they had the nerve to have an attitude, WHAT!!!!, how crazy was that. Those people don’t know what the hell they are doing, it should be a crime for them to be working on anybody cars they need to pack their stuff up and get the hell out of dodge. I can’t say that about all of the Dobbs but the one on Dunn Rd, they are definitely horrible. Oh and they can lie, they’ll say something wasn’t on your vehicle when you know damn well you didn’t have missing parts on your vehicle when you brought it in😡

  We went to have a few things checked out a wheel alignment. I need my brakes checked and about an oil leak. They tell me what was wrong with my brakes. We fixed it and we still have problems. They said we could bring it And then they said no we couldn’t because we did the work ourselves and they refuse to help us. I paid $317 for a check in a wheel alignment. I still can’t drive my suv

  Treated me like they were doing me a favor. Made excuses why they couldn't do an alignment.Broke my key fob then handed it to me as if I was supposed to fix my own fob. Went to another location to double check and was told something totally different from the first location. I took my vehicle to the dealership.

  I dropped off my car at the overnight box for Monday April 6 for a check engine light and nver got looked at. So Tuesday I called them about 11:30 and was told some one was check at now. I went up to the store about 2: 00 to find out later that no was working on my car because the the diagnostic technician was off day. So now my carr been there for two days without been looked at and no call to inform me. After a some word back an forth they finally checked out on Wednesday about 10:00 they told me that had order parts and the might not finish it until Thursday. I called them about 2:00 to find out they still waiting on a part. Now it Friday and no one never toke the time to call to keep me updated. I decided to go to the store to find out the part came in late on Thursday and no still on Friday morning had started to work on it until after I came up there. I did not get my car back until Friday about3:15. Not only did they have my car all week there was two days they did nothing and about 4hrs on Friday they let it sit there. Did even offer to compensate for my inconvenience for have my car all week. I been bringing my cars to different Dobbs locations for 30 years .This location for the last 8 years. I WILL NO LONGER BE BRINGING MY CAR TO THIS DOBBS STORE.
