  This Car-x on 14227 Old Halls Ferry Rd, Florissant, MO 63034 is a joke, had a 1pm appointment waited 1 /12hours before they even looked at the car. Charles Jenkins the Technician needs to learn how to diagnose a CV Axel shaft leak. Brandon Kennedy the Service Manager. Needs to get his head out of his butt and quit trying to sell parts that we don't need. He said the CV AXEL SEAL WAS GOING BAD. He priced us for a new CV Axel Not the seal. Where in the world does it cost $239.99 for a single rear brake drum? Also somebody needs to teach everybody how to read an odometer. My car doesn’t have 112,600; the car doesn’t even have 100.000 miles on it yet. Also went to the Car-X in Granite City to have the rear brakes checked. By the way the car has brake drums in the rear. Rick told me that if he pulled the drum off it woul be pulling the brakle hardware off to because there is a lip on the drum. Need less to say i will never return to any Car-X stores EVER AGAIN

  After suffering a tire blowout while driving in North county, I was able to get my vehicle to CarX off if Old Halls Ferry Rd and Lindbergh. The manager Brandon, really came in clutch with helping me out with a great deal on 2 new tire while providing me additional information regarding my vehicle to consider in the future and NOT pushing high pressure sales tactics to include with my service. Shout out to Eddie the technician who had me back on on the in under an hour. With food and groceries in the back, the quick response was really appreciated. Again thanks to you both!

  I had a privilege of working with Brandon. He made a difference for me most car dealership or car repair. I go to they try to take advantage of me but Brandon help get my vehicle up and rolling and he explained everything step-by-step. I’m thankful that he’s a new guy in town

  I went here to get brakes and they charged much more than the dealership would have charged and didn't have the right tools to complete the job. Then the manager asks me if I have been drinking. I will never go back to this place again.

  I had an appointment at 8 am. Warranty Brakes. Ipulled up at 7:30 am. I was patient. 11am came around, I inquired about my service. I was told at 11:15 my appointment was made by a floating manager and the store had appointments all day so Brandon couldn't guarantee me a time on my truck. I said if the manage made my appointment at 8 am, that's when my truck should have been started work on. He asked me if I wanted him to put the tires back on, I said yes, with the brakes because brakes only take 15imutes. He said he couldn't guaranteey truck to even be done at 12. I asked for corporate number, I was told he didn't know it. I googled it. I was talking to corporate and that's when they finished my Truck. I know he did this because this is a warranty job and the store would make no money. He said he only had 1 technician that could change brakes. My thing is, he was t doing any work! I guess he is a manager, but a secretary. There were at least 3 guys there. When I showed him I was calling corporate, they had my truck done before I even had the complaint in. Where's AMBER??? Also, I observed him tell a guy who had purchased a family pack oil change that he had to have the family pack in hand. He charged the man for another family pack. That was incorrect. He could have looked it up. GRANTED his job is to make the company money, but being money hungry or making customers wait with warranties because they don't have to pay, is very unprofessional. That's his second time doing it.
