    They advertise free code reading. Good luck with that. Everytime I’ve needed help with that they have turned me away. Go see the Autozone folks in Bridgeton, way more helpful.

    The Store Manager Liz Is Beyond Disrespectful, A worker was helping me and she decides to cut our conversation short, instead of helping the other 5-6 customers standing in line she walks off, Me hearing her judging customers calling them slow etc someone should really talk to her about judgement and racism until then I will not accept service from that lady!

    I am writing to formally report an extremely disappointing and unprofessional interaction I experienced today at your store. I visited the location expecting assistance with my vehicle, as this has previously been a service provided to me at this same store. Unfortunately, the store manager, Liz, was immediately confrontational, dismissive, and unprofessional in her communication. She refused to assist me with my vehicle and suggested that the store barely offers this service anymore, despite the fact that I have received this exact assistance there in the past. When I politely asked if another employee could help me, particularly someone who had assisted me previously with the same issue, she refused. She also would not move out of the doorway to allow me to walk further into the store to speak with someone else. When I informed her that I would like to contact corporate or file a complaint regarding the situation, she responded by saying, “It’s not that serious,” and stated that she was the store manager. When I questioned her about her response and the way I was being treated, she simply replied, “Oh well.” Additionally, while I was in the process of writing this complaint, I recorded video footage of one of the store employees performing the exact service for another customer less than two minutes after I had been told that they could not assist me. I also want to note that the customer who received assistance immediately after I was refused service appeared to be white. While I cannot definitively determine the reason for the difference in treatment, the situation was concerning and left me questioning whether I was treated fairly. I would truly hope that race was not a factor in this experience, but the circumstances make the interaction especially troubling. As a returning customer, I found this interaction extremely disrespectful and disappointing. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and addressed appropriately. Thank you for your time and attention to this concern.
