He was dealing with all the customers inside, cleaning vehicles, answering the phone, and walking the customers out to their vehicles. He never got impatient or rushed anyone. This dude deserves a raise!

- DWDani WDec 12, 20251.0WARNING: Absolutely DO NOT GO HERE. Though you don't have many options for car rentals in the area, drive the extra 50 miles to GO ANYWHERE ELSE. During the week of correspondence where we begged for our reservation for *any* vehicle type to be reserved for a morning pick-up (a reservation easily confirmed online), there were so many opportunities for Festus Enterprise Rent-A-Car employees to show their "world renowned customer service". Instead, we were met with the absolute WORST customer service we have ever experienced in my life. Rude, unprofessional, and bordering malpractice. Specifically the two employees that worked Friday night closing on 12/12/2025 -- David & Nolen. Enterprise Rent-A-Car -- you need to change your hold music. "Customer service" is definitely NOT a big priority for the Festus, Missouri location.

I go up there via Uber to find out that they don't have any rental vehicles whatsoever. So I'm stuck 20 or so miles from home in 20 degree weather cause they can't seem to hold their websites "same day reservation"
