When we arrived the staff Nolan, Raelen, Caden, David were so helpful. They had us in and out in less than 10 minutes. Then the Dealership had to order the parts twice so we had the rental car longer than expected and they were so patient with us. Hands down this is one of the best experiences we had with Enterprise and I believe it’s because of the staff at the Festus location. Thank you to all of you for your help with our rental experience.
