As luck would have it, we arrived right as he was getting off work, and he actually helped us change the part before he went home. My Son had just got this truck the day before, and after Michael helped switch out the part, him and another employee Matthew looked over the truck with admiration, general information on the make/model, and advice on things to keep his eye on. They were both personable, knowledgeable and truly added to the excitement of my Son owning his first vehicle. We'll definitely be lifelong customers of Autozone solely because of these 2 guys!
