We were told the wait would be 30 to 40 minutes, which is completely fine, but no one asked if we wanted to leave our car and come back later. We tried multiple times to get someone’s attention while several employees were working on a single car’s oil change, and instead of helping us, one of them just told us to step out without even taking a moment to speak with us. No explanation, no assistance, nothing. All we needed was a quick conversation so we could decide to leave the car and run errands, but we were completely ignored. This was incredibly poor customer service and very unprofessional. I would not recommend going here.
