They didn’t inform me how much it was going to be before they started working on it so they reimbursed me when I told them about the oil cap. They not only did not tighten the oil cap which let 6.5 qts of oil leak out of my engine but they break the engine cover when they take it off and toss it on the ground! They offer to replace the engine cover, unfortunately since then. My vehicle was involved in an incident and will more than likely be totaled. The district manager bob just told me he is going to cancel the claim because I asked for a check instead of the cover . They were replacing it on “good faith” says bob . It does me no good to have an engine cover for a car that I may no longer own. The manger Trey cursed at me when I was trying to get this handled. I have the recorded conversations. I will be getting an attorney involved because they damaged my vehicle and they need to make it right, reguardless. Sorry not sorry, you guys messed up. Now make it right!!! Everyone is going to see what you guys did. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!
