    If you need a reliable place to get a car, then this is not the place. Not sure if they get that people have things to do and rely on such reservations (reserve a car means hold it for the one who did the reservation).

    I called the Fenton location to make a reservation, I called at 16:00 was on hold one hour then disconnected I called back I was on hold again and then disconnected I called back and 45 minutes later I was still waiting well the store closed
