The staff were amazing the car I got was nice and clean ready to go will definitely come back here when I need a rental over all the staff were very friendly and helpful even there driver that picks ppl up he was amazing as well

Per their staff “We charge more at this location (Fenton, MO) because there’s no other rental car companies in the area.” Now if they could just learn to clean their cars and fill tires properly I may feel safe getting one of their cars.

Turn in a car on Monday, 10/13/25 at 2:30pm. I left at the repair shop for enterprise to pick it up. This was an insurance rental. I waited until 10/16/25 for Enterprise to send me a final bill, so I can get reimbursed from the insurance company. First, I tried to call the rental office. I was on hold for 25 minutes then the call was ended. I tried to go online to retrieve the final bill which the website states will be available after 48 hours. The bill was not available. I called Customer Service asking for the bill to be emailed to me. After talkin with two different people, I was told it will be emailed to me. It has not come to email after one hour. I called the insurance company for assistance. The agent called Enterprise twice and both times we were hung up on. I called a different Customer Service number and was told that it was being processed but it take extra time due to it being an insurance claim. When I explained that I had been hung up on three times, I was just told they are busy. I asked that Management be informed of this incident and I was told that I have to wait up to 72 hours to here back from someone. Terrible customer service.
