My car battery had died earlier in the day, they ran some tests, jumped it, and had me drive some, and then tested again to make sure the issue was in fact my battery. They talked through what they were doing every step of the way and explained the problem so I was confident that I was in good hands! When the issue was confirmed to be my battery they found the battery for my vehicle quickly, installed it perfectly, and I was on my way with no issues. They were friendly and quick to help as well. I will happily come back if I have any other car issues. Thank you!

I know absolutely nothing about cars. My mom’s car was running really low on oil, so Jim helped me find the oil listed on the owners manual, I bought it, and WAYY overfilled the car. Jim guided me through the store, helping me find everything I need to get the oil out, answering every single question with such knowledge and expertise. Once I got the supplies, Jim walked to my car, got on the floor with me, and helped me find the oil drain plug. Even though I had no car jack, and couldn’t see under the car, he still helped me look for more than a half hour (stupid splash protector). When I decided to buy a carjack, he helped me find the points to place the car jacks and the included stands. Without Jim’s help, I might very well have been crushed. Steve also helped me find a few things around the store, even after I kept nagging him with a million questions. If I was his manager, Jim would be getting every bonus and promotion known to mankind. This is my go-to store now.
