    I had the best customer service experience at Advance Auto Parts yesterday! I bought headlight bulbs on the 29th, only to discover the next day they were the wrong ones. Of course, I couldn’t find my receipt anywhere (even though I’d asked for it to be emailed), and I was pretty stressed about whether they’d let me exchange them. But Kevin, who’d helped me the day before, immediately asked “Oh no, what’s wrong today?” when I walked in. I explained the situation, showed him the correct bulb from my car, and he switched them out without hesitation—no receipt needed! His coworker Megan also jumped in to help me find the right bulbs, and they even helped me get the correct screw to reattach my headlight fixture after I’d dropped one in my car during the process. It’s so refreshing to find a team that genuinely cares about helping customers, not just making a sale. Kevin and Megan went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed and zero stress. If you need auto parts in the Fenton area, I can’t recommend this location highly enough. They’ve earned themselves a loyal customer out of me!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

    In urgent need of an oil pan for my vehicle, I contacted several stores, including Advanced Auto, Oreillys, Napa, and Autozone. This particular store not only had the oil pan available for pickup next day, but also provided exceptional customer service during my phone call. The associate was able to verify part numbers for me, and verify the total price. This was not only the quickest option, but the best in my opinion. I appreciate the knowledge, listening skills, and customer service I received here on the phone and in person.

    This store is not friendly. I wish i wouldve asked the name of the guy the beard who was working the day i warrantied my battery he was a jerk. I couldnt remember if i bought it at this store or lindbergh which is closed now.. they guy heard that and basically told me that store is closed and there is nothing they can do to honor my warranty if i bought from a closed store. I almost left, then i asked him if i could bother him to even check my number and see if i got the battery here.. that was the location i bought my battery. The guy just wanted to shoe me away. after this cold weather my brand new diehard gold i got traded is completely dead (tested at autozone). I need my battery tested from their store to replace it and i guess they only have 1 battery tester? And it’s conveniently not working. So instead of going to the one by my house i would have to go to arnold and they would have to call the fenton shop to confirm my warranty. I NEED MY CAR BATTERY & THE SHOP THAT SOLD IT TO ME INCONVENIENCED ME TO REPLACE IT BOTH TIMES!!! AVOID BUSINESS WITH ADVANCED AUTO ESPECIALLY THIS FENTON STORE IN PARTICULAR
