- DGdarin gNov 23, 20251.0We had a horrible experience with Meyer Auto Services. We took our Honda Pilot in for brake work. They said we needed all four rotors replaced and new pads put on. So we dropped it off on a Tuesday morning at 8:00. It took them all day to finish the work and we went in to pick it up. On the way home we noticed something making a horrible grinding noise & smoke coming from the driver's side front wheel. So we dropped it back off at the shop so they could fix it. They had it all day Wednesday. After we picked it up the original problem was fixed but now there was a loud squealing. Figured it was common with new brakes so we gave it a week or two. Problem didn't improve so we dropped it back off on a Tuesday morning. They had it all day Tues and Wed. The shop never even called us to let us know the status. I finally called Wed evening. They basically said nothing was wrong, they couldn't duplicate the problem, and they think somebody had just been driving with the parking brake on. So, they never fixed the problem, had our vehicle for 4 whole business days, and insulted us in the process (like we don't know how to operate a parking brake). The brakes still squeal badly and we're out a bunch of money and the inconvenience of having to do without a car. We are extremely unsatisfied with our experience at Meyer Auto Services! Update (11-25-25) Typical reply from the business. They say they want to fix the problem but they really don’t. They had 3 chances to fix the problem and they couldn’t do it. Just bring your car back in (for a FOURTH time) and we’ll take care of it for you. Yeah, right buddy. Unless you hate your time and money find a reputable shop instead of these clowns. If you want to really make things right we need to be talking about at least a partial refund of our money, if not a full refund, for all the time and trouble (and we're still dealing with it).

I felt extremely respected and taken care of. This was after a long battle of spending over 2,000+ trying to fix my car after I got my car back it’s been great. I will recommend this business to anyone in need.
