My wife and I went to check out prices on Pit bikes for our kids. We walked in and were instantly greeted with kindness, with no pressure that people can typically get when walking into a place like this. No pressure to buy anything. We were shocked by the reasonable prices. Didn’t waste my time with stuff I wasn’t interested in. They have a way of making it feel enjoyable to be there when you know you're gonna spend money, and it was truly the best buying experience we have ever had. Incredibly knowledgeable and respectful. My wife and I were treated like lifelong friends instead of $$. Truly a great atmosphere in any situation when you’re about to spend a lot of money. SHEA & CINDY are the ones you want to go to for your wants and needs @ Leadbelt Powersports. Shea went over and beyond helping us during our time there and after. Gave us his personal number to contact him with any questions we had over the weekend. We bought 3 Pit Bikes, helmets, and gloves. Shea and Cindy made it possible for my wife and me to give our kids a Christmas they will never forget! We will definitely be going back! An experience we won’t forget. When you get an experience like that, making a purchase that big. We definitely wanted to share with others!

I came up to the shop with two friends to hopefully find my first bike. Joe was patient, answered all of my questions, and made the experience fun. I accidentally dropped the bike (don't worry I bought it) and absolutely no one made me feel bad for it. It was truly an awesome experience for me, and I will definitely be back!

First, there is no service after the sale. Not one single follow up call to see how I was doing after spending $14,000.00. My salesperson was very inexperienced with the CFmoto U600 that I purchased. When I inquired about accessories to add to my side by side, the only thing he could suggest was a stock windshield. I ended up buying all of the other accessories from another dealer. Today is the day I have regretted the most. I had to take back for service. Ever since the day I brought it home, I have been inquiring about the hard shifting and the jumpy throttle. They completely ignored me and said that's normal. I took it to St. Joe Park for the first time and I could not shift, I could not use the throttle and it would not work in 4 wheel drive. It only has 32 miles and performs horribly. They said they checked it and everything is normal. I test drove it before leaving the dealership and the gears started grinding again. After calling and speaking to CFmoto myself, they suggested taking to Surdyke's Gold Star. They said Leadbelt is a new dealership and inexperienced.
