  I came up to the shop with two friends to hopefully find my first bike. Joe was patient, answered all of my questions, and made the experience fun. I accidentally dropped the bike (don't worry I bought it) and absolutely no one made me feel bad for it. It was truly an awesome experience for me, and I will definitely be back!

  First, there is no service after the sale. Not one single follow up call to see how I was doing after spending $14,000.00. My salesperson was very inexperienced with the CFmoto U600 that I purchased. When I inquired about accessories to add to my side by side, the only thing he could suggest was a stock windshield. I ended up buying all of the other accessories from another dealer. Today is the day I have regretted the most. I had to take back for service. Ever since the day I brought it home, I have been inquiring about the hard shifting and the jumpy throttle. They completely ignored me and said that's normal. I took it to St. Joe Park for the first time and I could not shift, I could not use the throttle and it would not work in 4 wheel drive. It only has 32 miles and performs horribly. They said they checked it and everything is normal. I test drove it before leaving the dealership and the gears started grinding again. After calling and speaking to CFmoto myself, they suggested taking to Surdyke's Gold Star. They said Leadbelt is a new dealership and inexperienced.

  took my 2005 trx450r in because it wasnt running right. it wouldnt idle, it would over heat and you couldnt run in lower rpms or it would die. long story short they told me it was the carb and they changed the engine temp sensor not ever a month after getting it back it was doing the same things after only riding it once. my review sits at a 1 star as of right now until i take it back up there and get it completely fixed and after i get the bike back and it is in a reliable condition and in tip top running shape. i basically paid 400$ the first time for them to think they fixed a problem but didnt... not pleased as of right now. like i said. i take my bike up there the 22nd of june and once repairs are done then i will review them once again. Update: they fixed my quad and it runs great now! Thanks guys!
