- DCDacen CarterAug 25, 20252.0Helped me out before customer service is always great , although recently my business has been busy & I have been reserving trucks 3-4 days beforehand and they have not been ready on time. I recently tried today (Monday) after speaking with someone Friday about having a truck ready. There is a truck ready but the manager of Truck Rental (Blake) is in St. Louis & does not feel like we are important enough for him to drive down here for one reservation. This also is enterprises fault for not calling Him and checking why so called reservation hasn’t been assigned. If they were on top of him he wouldn’t have a choice but to make sure we are taken care of. Enterprise is a huge help as we are trying to upgrade our truck fleet slowly without being in debt this makes it super helpful & we’d love to do more business. I do want to come here to say this is not to hate on anyone but to also communicate on how our business feels because we would like to continue buisness. This has happened many times with different managers also I don’t know if it’s something enterprise can make better but I’m just here to Adress thanks.
