Having rented many times before from them....however this was a very frustrating situation...When reserving for our trip...we chose based on seating AND cargo room (both vital to our trip).....referenced vehicle or similar,.which would have worked...BUT when picking up , the vehicle was lacking major cargo space . Which I had called about previously and specifically stated about space....... What was there was unacceptable for our needs ...took another hour before we were able to get another vehicle... The enterprise employee worked with us as quick as possible to remedy the situation but the 2nd employee where we had to travel 45 mins to pickup suitable vehicle was rude....... There needs to be away to avoid said situation......seating does not always mean enough room for said seating capacities cargo.....I had also called to see if there was a rack on top or a tow hook for a storage tray, which I was told there would not be........so we needed the cargo space of the Tahoe or Expedition which was stated.....not that of an Arnada,which was vastly smaller....we were traveling for a week and started our trip with such frustration. This should not have happened.

I was able to complete my travels but then I was snowed in for 3 1/2 days and unable to return the vehicle. They worked with me on the pricing due to the situation. Would recommend them and personally use them again
