They will charge you for their largest vehicle and then shove you out the door with their smallest, even when they do have the car you rented on their lot. They won't hold the vehicle you requested even if you booked far in advance. John was very unpleasant and unprofessional, according to him your reservation email confirmation is not enough proof of your reservation. This isn't the first issue with this lot but it is the last time I rent from them, it's not worth the poor treatment.

Had a trip planned go to pick up rental to find out the only forms of address verification is a utility bill no check stub mortgage paperwork insurance etc. Do some running to remedy this problem to then be told the utility bill we brought in in the first place can't be accepted because it has a past due balance. Mind you the bill was already looked over before we did the running.
