  I did not go to Valvoline on this date. A car I haven't owned in 8 years went to this Valvoline in Eureka, MO which is not in the state i even live in, and apparently the technician did not verify with the new owner/driver a current name and email address for that car/VIN. Therefore I got an email stating that I had brought my car into them .. which I didn't, and I live one state away. I tried calling that location but it went to a central location and that CSR couldn't seem to help me. I think that all service technicians need to make sure that the name and email connected with the VIN of a car are current. It bothers me that my email is attached to a car I no longer own that someone else is driving around. Valvoline technicians should be able to clearly see that my email is attached to a different car that I currently own, and that I go to a different Valvoline in another state near my home.

  Trey was amazing! Best customer service at any Valvoline I have ever been too! Quick and easy! Only took 20 minutes. Will only be going to this location from now on.

  I always get great service.This last visit there was a problem Putting the oil in my car the hose didn’t connect and the tech had oil gushing out everywhere all over my engine.The air filter is saturated with oil and I had to go to car wash and spray my engine because of all the oil that got all over from it not being connected correctly.

  I tried to get an oil change in my truck, after being pulled into the stall and ignored for 30 minutes, I asked if anyone has started any services on my vehicle. The response was no sir, I sat in my truck watching 4 employees talking and bullshitting about nothing and doing absolutely no work to the vehicle they were ALL standing in front of for that 1/2 hour. Not one employee or MANAGER from Valvoline ever came over to me to say one word about what was going on or what services I was there for. Funny thing is, I had just called to get a rate for the oil change and the lady was kind enough to give me a $25 discount which was very much appreciated until I received the McDonalds drive through service that they would probably be overpaid for. What a joke Eureka Valvoline is, I would definitely pay the extra $40 to get good service at one of the competitors in town, at least I know I will get talked to and acknowledged. Thank you.
