- AAaidan amsden2 days ago1.0Nice people but definitely not mechanics. Took my car there for an oil change and for some reason they took off my air intake to check my throttle body? Which they did not put back on and secure properly. Anyways when I drove off my car stalled the first time I came to a stop.. It is a manual Mustang so stuff like that happens but I’ve daily drove it for 2 years so stalling is a rarity for me. I pulled over at a gas station and my RPM’s were spiking and dropping and then the car stalled again and that’s when I realized something was seriously wrong and it was not operator error. I opened the hood and saw my air intake tube dangling off of my throttle body with a huge gap at the top causing a massive vacuum leak. Do not recommend these guys

There have been occasions where they did not have the filter for my car and told me the same when they checked me in. No worries, they can't help that. Today, the very odd person that had me pull in had me sit there for 30 minutes before checking me in and after another 5 or so someone else tells me they don't have my filter. They will discount the change if I want to go get one. I told him I have one a couple minutes away, but I dont want to wait again when I get back. He simply ignored me, opened the door and that was that. Foe a $100 plus oil change, plus a 30 minute wait, no thanks. There are other places in town. That person working today with the bowl cut should not be greeting anyone. He was rude trying to guide me into the bay as well yelling straighten your wheels. Funny thing, when you're turning and cannot see what you are aiming for because it's underneath you, you can't tell what looks straight from the outside. He single handedly lost a customer

Got a battery replaced and the customer service was excellent. They even went to the auto parts store to get a memory saver to save me time. I’ll be back!
