- K1kayla 1231 day ago2.0I went with my sister and mom, we waited over an hour without it being busy for an oil change! They couldn't find the filter then did? They overfilled the car then lied about it saying it was because of the "last oil change" until another worker caught it and spoke up, apologized and said if we have problems to go to a mechanic after 30 to 50 miles after doing the oil change all over again. The management hid and never apologized after I told him we should have been aware of what's going on(no worker updated us or apologied for what was going on besides the one worker after it was time to go.) Will not go back, me and my family will go elsewhere. Also, they didn't even do the normal rev check after the oil was put in. They were more so frustrated with each other and focused on that. Very disappointed.

That being said everyone was great and professional. Got my oil changed and and had everything else looked at on the car from my lights to wipers to tires at no extra cost to the oil change. Was done in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is going through town.
