  Ordered my tires online on a Monday with a Saturday install. Got a call on Tuesday from the store to confirm my appointment. Came to the store on Saturday as planned and was told they didn’t have an appointment for me and I wasn’t in the system and they didn’t have the tires I ordered in stock. After 30 mins of calling, calling other stores, they were able to find me. My name and license plate were both input in the system wrong. Magically my tires were now in stock. When I came back to pick up I noticed all 4 of my wheels were scratched, was told the manager was on vacation and I’d get a call when he returned to get my wheels fixed. When I went to check out the price was more than $400 higher than what I paid online. Was told by Eric, they would have to figure it out and call me on Monday. It’s been 3 weeks now and still no response.

We were stranded on the highway with a sudden blowout—towed in on a busy afternoon—and from the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family. They dropped everything to get us in immediately, no appointment needed. The manager walked us through every option with zero pressure, quoted a fantastic price on four brand-new tires (better than anywhere else we called), and threw in a full alignment and balance to make sure we’d be safe for the long haul. The techs worked fast but meticulously—tires mounted, balanced, aligned, and we were back on the road in under two hours. What could’ve been a nightmare turned into a story we’ll tell friends: above-and-beyond service, honest pricing, and genuine care. If you’re anywhere near Eureka, Dobbs is the only place you should trust with your vehicle. Thank you for getting us home safe! 🚗💨

  I’d avoid this location: Not the excellent “Dobbs Way” I have always known! I’ve been taking all of my cars to this Dobbs location for 6-7 years because of the excellent service Joe always provided. It was always above and beyond! I called last Tuesday, learned Joe was gone, and spoke with Cody, who told me to come in the following Tuesday around 9 a.m. I arrived around 9:20, and asked for Cody. He instantly told me I should’ve dropped my car off between 6–7 a.m. if I wanted it looked at that day, that it would cost $75 even if they couldn’t find the issue, and that I’d have to keep paying that fee each time until they figured it out. He added they probably wouldn’t get to it until tomorrow now. Had he told me to be there that early I would have been there then. It felt like they really would not have tried to figure it out. He made me feel like an inconvenience and honestly sounded more interested in not earning my business than helping me. I called another Dobbs location, and they fit me in right away and treated me wonderfully. Sadly, I can’t recommend this location anymore. Absolutely disappointed and honestly shocked.

  the communication from Ahmmed the service manager was above top notch, he explained everything very well and made sure that the service they provided was done professionally.

  Super quick. I really appreciate that but they didn’t put the valve in all the way so after camping all weekend I had a flat tire on the camper
