    Like to thank the team in Eureka for getting my daughters car inspected before heading back to school. Cody was very helpful and though we had to make a minor repair in order to pass inspections, the team made time to work the car back in for final inspection. Thank you guys!

    The mechanic lied about how he got to my alternator wire and claimed he soldered it from the bottom but the connector for mine is on top, I've also replaced my battery and alternator recently and know where the connector is and how the wires were looking when i brought it in .so they charged me $300 to solder one wire and the battery light came right back on. the mechanic also claimed that slamming the gear shift into Park or pressing all his weight on the break pedel would make the battery light go off which has not happened yet for me. and also I did not like how much force he was pushing on my gear shift. Instead of being honest they lied to me I guess because I'm a woman. all I wanted was honesty and now I'm wondering did they even solder the wire because the battery light came right back on when that is the whole reason I brought the vehicle in and come to find out there's an alternator sense wire that is a direct line to your battery light coming on which is bad im sure because the charging system is charging correctly and I found this information out on my own , this knowledge did not come from them 300.00 bill tho.. This isn't the first time they misdiagnosed my vehicle, they did misdignoised it September and made it right by not charging me for all the things they fixed because it was not the issue they assumed, did the work and then I still had the same issue but they never admitted it, just didnt charged me so I was satisfied. Now from September to December they now have a different manager doesn't surprise me either. definitely will not be back. I feel like they ripped me off right before Christmas UPDATE: please respond what to do on website. I wouldn't mind speaking with you to resolve this issue

    went in to have a coolant tempature sensor replaced they then procceeded to back my car into another car. Then when picking up my car tried to not pay for a rental so the damage to my car could be fixed, in addition they failed to thourghly test the car as the check enginge light came back on within a mile of the store and after fixing the air buble they said was in it the first time I drove my car on the highway after the repair I blew a hose clamp on the coolant system they had already done work on. I had to have my car towed back to them. After talking about them paying for the rental several times and them promising they're talking with corporate the store manager cody lied to my face about us never talking about them a rental. I almosted had to get a lawyer involed before they finally agreed to pay for the rental. I will never use them for anything ever again they lie and do shody work.

    The Dobb’s in Eureka is AWESOME! My wife got a flat tire on Highway 44 and we had her minivan towed to the Dobb’s in Eureka. It was 5:55pm and they close at 6pm. The guy at the front desk found us a tire deal and told us he could get it changed THAT NIGHT. We asked, “Are you sure, you close in 2 minutes”??? And he said, “Absolutely, we will get it changed tonight”! He and some other guys stayed past 6pm to make sure the tire got put on that night! Unbelievable service! We fully expected to come back the next day for a new tire but they went above & beyond and got us taken care of that night. Phenomenal service. I would definitely recommend this Dobb’s if you enjoy GREAT customer service.
