  I had a flat tire due to a curb hit and took the car up to Dobbs. I luckily had a second set of tires and wheels and took those up and had them put on the car. I left the other set of wheels at Dobbs to have the one replaced. They wanted to replace two of them even though they were less than a year old and I agreed. I received a call the following day after the tires were shipped to the location that the set of tires was ready to be picked up. Upon arriving the following day, I discovered that they had not done the work at all. After some back-and-forth, they completed the job and delivered the set of tires to my home.

  Manager refuse to fix. Credit work. Made me damage my car more. Was very unprofessional and not educated to explain rhe situation he created.

  We were on vacation trip from MN. Had a tire failure. Called a few places no one could help to replace the damaged tire. Dobbs,step up to the challenge. And got the job done in record time. Wish there was a tire shop like them in my home town! They are awsome! Keep up the excellent work. We did Mike it all the way home with no other tire issues. Thanks again to Dobbs tire& Auto. Would go there again!!

  Called on a Monday, late afternoon, in regard to an emission/safety inspection. I was assured over the phone that they could do it the next day —> if I could have it there between 7/8 AM - AND LEAVE IT. I dropped off my truck prior to 8:00 AM, I was notified by text that the testing was complete just after noon. •courteous •professional •as advertised

  I went in to have one trucks looked at because the a/c didn’t work. Joe the manager told me I needed a new condenser, and other things. I had no issue with that and just wanted it fixed. When i picked up the truck Joe proceeded to tell me that they had replaced my radiator and I said why because I had a new one installed by Sapaugh Chevy less than a year ago. He told me a bullshit story about it was rusty and bad and they had to replace it, but don’t worry because I biught it from Dobbs it had a lifetime warranty. He also said there was no charge to me because they had one lying around. I was in a hurry and just wanted the truck because it was returned five days later than promised. The following week the a/c stopped working again and I took it in and asked for Joe, but there is a new manager named Cody. I told him my problem and pointed out that the radiator that I was supposed to have a lifetime Dobbs warranty on was not on my bill so how would I get warranty service if it wasn’t recorded. This Cody guy wouldn’t even look it up and his response was “what do you want me to tell you”? That really upset me because I have been a loyal Dobbs customer for more than 30 years. Both in High Ridge, where we used to live and then in Ellisville and now Eureka. My last experience in Ellisville was bad too but thats another story. Anyways I went ahead and let them finish the a/c since I was already invested but it didn’t sit well with me. Within a week it was acting up again so I took it to Trenary Chevy in Union and they fixed it the right way. So soon after all this I went in to Dobbs Eureka again because i had bought six new tires for this same truck a Chevy 3500 and we had been stuck out with flat tires in Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi and Indiana and each times it was due to bad valve stems. I asked this Cody guy what would cause 4 out of 6 tires to flat with bad valve stems. Am I doing something wrong or did they reuse the old valve stems, and just asked if they would look at it. I wasn’t asking for anything free even though the flat tires cost med repairs and overnight stays for my drivers. His response was his standard response “What do you want ment to tell you”. That was the final straw. Between my business and my family we have spent tens of thousands of dollars with Dobbs. I will never use them again. Oh and guess what I took the truck to Trenary in Union Mo and the replaced the valve stems for free. I had one tire since then that was flat when I picked it up and the service manager and a technician stayed after hours to fix it. I have not had a problem since and I have been using Trenary for everything now. They stand behind their work unlike Dobbs. I would recommend going anywhere but Dobbs.
