  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS!!! I had such a great experience at National Tire & Battery on Manchester Road in Ellisville! I found out I had a nail in both of my back tires (so frustrating, especially since my car is practically brand new), and I had a really busy day ahead with no time to deal with car issues. I called right when they opened at 8 AM and spoke with Trevor, who was incredibly helpful and told me to bring my car in and they’d do their best to fit me in. I dropped it off, and within a very short time they had already called to say it was ready—both tires just needed plugs, thankfully! Trevor and Tristan were both so kind, efficient, and easy to work with. The whole process was quick and completely stress-free, which I really appreciated given how hectic my day was. They truly came through for me when I needed it most. I was so impressed that I actually referred my sister on the spot—she ended up dropping off her Jeep for an oil change while we were there! It’s not always easy to find a trustworthy and reliable auto shop these days, but this location definitely is one. I’ll absolutely be coming back for any future car needs. Highly recommend!

  Called this morning about getting a tire rotation and fixing a slow leak, asked if I should make an appointment or just bring in and leave. Jason said go ahead a bring in and leave, we should be able to do today. I did and they had it done in 2 hours, what a blessing!

  They took my F150 in 30 minutes before my appointment time & had my tire (slow leak) fixed in less than 30 minutes. There was no charge because I bought the tires there. Fantastic service!

  Ellisville, MO store. Trevor greeted me as soon as I entered the store. I had a slow leak in one of my tires. He wrote up the service ticket and had a technician begin working on the repair promptly. The tire had a nail puncture that was properly fixed in a matter of minutes, which included balancing and a general inspection of the other tires. I have found NTB to be consistently honest and competent with competitive pricing. Service has always met or exceeded expectations. In so doing they have earned my respect, trust and loyalty. Thanks for another satisfying experience Trevor !
