    It was a relatively busy day, and three bays had lines. I was directed to line #3. then redirected to line #1. the estimated wait time was 10-15 minutes. I waited over a half hour and watched lines 2 and 3 advance such that cars that arrived after me were completed. I went in to mention this and was moved again to line #2. just as line #1, where I was, opened up. Once in the bay the service was very good. But getting into a bay was extremely frustrating.

    Been coming here for a couple yrs and always had excellent service until the last oil change. They didnt check the tire pressure, fluids and lights. I looked underneath a wk later and the splash shield wasn't put back on properly and it was hanging missing the screws on one side. I wasn't going back to fix the issue cause I won't ever trust them again to do any work on my car. Paid out of pocket to fix the issue myself. The sticker they gave me for my next oil change said 3k miles from the time of change for full synthetic. 🤔🤣 Very unprofessional and careless. Must be a whole new staff cause I didn't recognize anyone. Ill just stick w my Honda dealership for now on.

    I had a fast and thorough oil change and as a longtime customer, this was the best experience yet. The manager spent time with me going over options and it was nice to see all employees wipe down every part of the cars that they touched. All the little things during that visit added up to a great experience.
