- SBSondra BlakeDec 19, 20251.02 am Dec. 19 stopped for gas, wanted hot cocoa but it was "out of order", opted for something else on the "hot taps" which are weird in them selves...... Wanted a doughnut there were no bags only boxes asked the clerk for a bag..... Her response was....... "I don't know how to hang them so I haven't even looked for them" I regret to admit I was displeased at her B's answer to which I couldn't control my rather rude....... "So you're telling me that because you don't know how to hang the bags I'm supposed to use a box for one donut?" Of course she got pissy and stormed off and tried to play it off whenever I told her to forget about the donut

- AAAxusOct 25, 20251.0This is the second time I’ve felt uncomfortable coming into this store just to browse and buy a few things. The employee mentioned he was behind on work, not sure how that’s our fault, and gave us attitude for simply looking around. We were genuine customers, not wasting time, and it made the whole experience awkward. After checking other reviews, it seems like this isn’t an isolated incident. It’s hard to understand why someone with that attitude is still representing the store when it clearly affects customers’ experiences.
- EPE - PhoricSep 19, 20251.0It completely blows my mind that QuickTrip spends all this money to "upgrade" their drink machines and then they're always down or out of flavors, especially the flavor shots. Pouring a cherry limeade or a blue raspberry slush are literally the ONLY reasons I ever go into QT. As an experiment, I've been to 5 different locations *every day* over the course of the entire work week and EVERY ONE of them was out of flavors or flavor shots for the WHOLE week. Guess it's time to go back to Sonic. I'm tired of being constantly disappointed.
