- BNBob & Debbie NagyMar 12, 20265.0Ellisville, MO store. Trevor greeted me as soon as I entered the store. I had a slow leak in one of my tires. He wrote up the service ticket and had a technician begin working on the repair promptly. The tire had a nail puncture that was properly fixed in a matter of minutes, which included balancing and a general inspection of the other tires. I have found NTB to be consistently honest and competent with competitive pricing. Service has always met or exceeded expectations. In so doing they have earned my respect, trust and loyalty. Thanks for another satisfying experience Trevor !
- JOJanet OleksyMar 10, 20265.0Needed a new tire after an incident on the highway. I was able to get the tire, an oil change and new tire pressure sensors. It took a couple hours. The guy at the counter was nice and helped find me a coupon to use for the oil change.

The service manager, Trevor, was a huge help—very professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. He explained what needed to be done and made the experience stress-free. The team did a great job, and my car is driving perfectly now. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location!
