  Buyer Beware! When I bought my tires, I called a few dealers around town. NTB was the cheapest by about 100 bucks and said they will rotate and check the balance every 5000 miles. I came in for my first rotate and balance last Saturday. They told me they would "check" the balance but if I wanted them balanced it is $25 per tire or $100. Feeling very misled, I left and went to their competition who rotates and balances for free if you bought the tires from them, $69.95 if you didn't. In conclusion, the competition was $30 cheaper than NTB from whom I purchased the tires from.

  I called to see if I could get an appointment this morning for a check up on my tires. They have been running low every day, especially the back one. They did not have anything available, but Jason said if I could bring it in and leave it, they would certainly work it in for me. I brought it in At around 11 and left it. They were finished by three. They did find a nail in my tire and repaired it At no charge. I was happy to get this problem solved as it has been going on for a couple of days. I would highly recommend going to this location for any kind of work. I will certainly keep them in mind for any other services or any other automobile parts I would need. Excellent customer service

  I only write Reviews when I think it is warranted. I ordered tires too late in the day for them to get them the following day like the website showed, so they called me and let me know that they were upgrading my tires with ones they had in stock for no additional cost. I also needed the front end of my car checked and not only did they check it for me they showed me exactly what was causing the problem. For people who are not well-versed with cars this is always nice so you know you’re not getting the runaround. I do appreciate them for taking the extra step when they didn’t have to. Unfortunately, I do not remember the guy‘s name who helped me from check-in to diagnosing the issue with my car as I do really appreciate it! I will definitely be returning to this location.

  In this era of little to no customer service, Id like to recognize Trevor at the Ellisville NTB location. He was professional, timely, and so helpful. While I was only there for a tire repair, I will return in the near future for a set of new tires. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Also heard other customers describe how satisfied they were with the service. Trevor quoted prices half the dealer prices.
