She tested and determined that I needed a new battery. She not only replaced my battery, she also added more brake fluid. I was so surprised and pleased that she did all this for me. Great customer service!

A simple request turned into an unnecessary ordeal. It was frustrating, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. Loyalty should mean something but clearly, doesn't here.
