  Bought a car from them in January of this year. Got an extended warranty on it but proceeded to cancel that warranty a couple weeks after. Went up and canceled through Mike, (finance manager). Was told it’d take about 30-45 days. It’s now been about 60 days and still haven’t seen the check. Tried reaching out twice and have not had my calls returned.

  I had a great experience working with my car salesperson, John Gough. He was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how friendly and relatable he was—it made everything feel comfortable and low-pressure. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained things clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Overall, he was very easy to work with and made the car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend John Gough to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

  Made an 8 AM appointment. Was told I would have to sit there for an undisclosed period of time and they would fit me in. What is the point of having an appointment?. I get back into my car with no diagnostic done and my car floor mats are a mess. I just had my car detailed. I would stay away from this dealership for service.

  Our salesperson, Ted, was extremely helpful in finding us the vehicle that suited our needs the best. They had our vehicle clean and ready for test drive as soon as we arrived and offered rather competitive pricing. The finance office was able beat our bank's rates and set us up with a warranty that was reasonable. The whole team wasn't overbearing or pushy by any means. If you're looking for a car new or used I'd definitely check them out! Thanks guys!

  I walked in with one car in mind, wasn't available and John Gough was amazing at getting me what I needed and at an affordable price. Very personable and kind. If you're looking for a new vehicle, he's the man to ask for!
