They've replaced the unit once for battery drain that helped temporarily, but we are right back where we started now. It gets worse in colder months when the unit has to warm itself up. I must say there was a representative at one time that would credit the fraudulent fees , however, she hasn't answered her phone in months. It just goes straight to voicemail. I have already had a lockout fee this year and there was no lockout at all. In addition, the service provider raised their fees. Expect to pay double what they disclose in their contract. By the time they nickel and dime you, you can count on that by the end of the year.
