And when I asked they told me that it was because I used 8 qt of oil, rather than 5, had they told me that information from the get-go I would have had the opportunity to either leave or get it done at my choice. Not after the fact, it should be up front and center. What you're paying.I have been experiencing their services for many years but the prices have outgrown my need of the services they offer I fear.
